These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fortune Tiger mobile application (the "App") and the website fortune.sisalsro.xyz (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Operator

2. Description of the Service

Fortune Tiger is a strategic card battle game set in an Asian cyber-fantasy universe. The App allows you to:

• Collect and command elemental tiger warriors — Inferno Claw, Azure Fang, Jade Titan, Unknown Spirit, and Celestial Beast.
• Battle enemy warlords — Blaze Fury, Gale Fang, Aqua Void, Terra Stomp, and Night Stalker — in turn-based combat.
• Progress through battles with strategy based on elemental matchups and timing.

The App works fully offline. No account registration is required. No ads are displayed. All game data is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. No Real-Money Gambling

Fortune Tiger is not a gambling or betting product.

• Free app: Fortune Tiger is free to use with no in-app purchases.
• Virtual gameplay only: Cards, battles, and progress have no real-world cash value.
• No payouts: You cannot win real money, prizes, or goods of monetary value through gameplay.
• No wagering: The App does not accept stakes on real-world events.

4. Eligibility

Fortune Tiger does not collect personal data and is suitable for all ages. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use a device on which the App is installed.

5. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats or exploits to manipulate battle outcomes or progress.
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling or unlicensed betting services.
• Redistribute game content or the App without permission.

6. Local Data and Progress

Your player stats, unlocked tigers, and battle history are stored only on your device. You may delete all data by uninstalling the App. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device failure, reset, or uninstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, card art, text, logos, and other materials in the App and Site are owned by SISAL, s.r.o. or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that saved data will always be recoverable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SISAL, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. You agree that the courts of Prague, Czechia shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
